Union Government has rejected report by an English Daily that it is mulling a religion-based mapping to identify COVID-19 hotspots in the country.

Briefing media in New Delhi about COVID-19, a Health Ministry official termed the report as incorrect saying it is irresponsible news. He said, COVID -19 does not affect a particular religion or a race or an area
